Privacy notice
Version: 2026-09-09
This notice explains how Talent Review handles student, team, and partner information when people use the service.
Information we collect
Account details, contact information, study information, skills, availability, projects, work experience, distinctions, activities, consent choices, and service activity needed to operate Talent Review.
How we use it
To create and review profiles, match students to opportunities, support brokered introductions, maintain platform security, and produce anonymised capability insights where the student permits this.
Visibility and sharing
Student profiles are not public by default. Approved employers and partners may see only profile information that a student has made discoverable. Direct contact details remain hidden unless the student separately enables direct contact sharing.
Retention and deletion
Service data is kept only while it is needed to provide Talent Review or meet applicable obligations. A signed-in user can request deletion through account settings. Backup copies may take a limited period to expire.
Your choices
Students can change discoverability, brokered-introduction, anonymised-insight, and direct-contact preferences. They may request access, correction, objection, or deletion through Talent Review.
Security and updates
We use authenticated access, least-privilege review controls, and private database services. No system is risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be shown with a new policy version and acceptance request.
