These terms govern use of the Talent Review service and its programme and profile features.
Talent Review service
Talent Review supports evidence profiles, opportunity discovery, programme participation, and trusted introductions. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
Accurate and lawful information
Users must provide information they are entitled to share and keep it reasonably accurate. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, misleading, or rights-infringing material.
Responsible use
Employers and partners must use student information only for legitimate education, opportunity, placement, or recruitment purposes. Scraping, resale, discrimination, harassment, and bypassing consent controls are prohibited.
No placement guarantee
Matches and rankings are decision-support signals, not guarantees of employment, admission, funding, suitability, or performance. Users remain responsible for their own checks and decisions.
Accounts and suspension
Keep account credentials secure. Talent Review may restrict or suspend access needed to protect students, investigate misuse, meet legal obligations, or preserve service reliability.
Ending participation
Users may stop participating and request deletion. Some limited records may be retained where reasonably required for security, disputes, or legal compliance.
