How it works

Work on a real challenge. Build a practical solution.

Students work in teams on real-world challenges, guided by mentors and industry experts. A team uses its private page to submit an idea and final project. Organisers review ideas and may request an update.

A Talent Review profile is optional. Every team member makes their own choice through a personal invitation link.

Team registration

Register your team without leaving Talent Review.

A successful submission is treated as the team’s official registration. The coordinator enters their own details, then each teammate completes a personal invitation. Have your own student details ready; for teammates you need only their names, email addresses, and permission to send personal links.

Already registered through Google Forms? Select that option on the same form to create a marked submission page. Your original registration stays in place. Student numbers are collected but are not verified against Wits records.

The Talent Review connection

Teams stay together. Profiles remain personal.

Talent Review gives each registered team a durable project page. Every member decides whether to connect an existing profile, create one, or leave their membership unlinked.

Default visibility is limited to the member, their confirmed team and Talent Review administrators. Partner or public visibility requires that member’s separate approval.
